Should names of arrestees be printed in the paper?

Eight-six percent of people responding to an Argus-Courier online poll March 22, 2006 said they believe the Argus-Courier should publish the names of persons arrested for serious crimes, such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property — including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving.
