Is Petaluma’s social host ordinance effective in reducing underage drinking and unruly gatherings?

There’s no question in the minds of Petalumans that underage drinking is a problem. In response to the July 2, 2009 Argus-Courier online poll regarding the issue, a total of 82.2 percent of respondents agreed that minors and alcohol is a problem in Petaluma.
